NOFA NJ Workshop: Specialty Mushrooms

Join NOFA NJ for a mushroom cultivation workshop with Tony Kennette of Martenette Farms.  This workshop will introduce participants to varied methods of mushroom cultivation and discuss examples of numerous substrates and growing conditions.  All participants will create a fruiting block of their own to take home so they can continue their study all the way to the dinner table!
